Over the last few years, a number of people have started following a new trend in the Indian automotive industry. This trend is that they buy the most affordable variant of popular cars and, with the help of aftermarket accessories shops, they convert them to top-spec models. One of the most popular models to undergo this type of conversion was the previous generation Hyundai Creta. Now, with the launch of the facelifted 2024 Creta, people have started converting the base variant of this car as well. Recently, a video showing one such conversion has been shared online.

The video of the 2024 Creta base E variant conversion into top-spec SX has been shared on YouTube by Vig Auto Accessories. The owner of the shop mentions that the first and the main change that has been done on this Creta is the addition of the middle connecting LED DRL. He states that this E variant comes equipped with the side DRLs; however, it misses out on connecting DRL which they have available for Rs 5,800.
Next up, the presenter mentions that they also have the top-spec model’s dark chrome grille available as well. However, this particular customer did not opt for that, so they have not installed it. Apart from the LED DRLs, the owner of the shop adds that they have given this car high-power LED bulbs for its headlights as well. The rest of the front has been kept stock. Moving on to the side profile, the presenter mentions that they have added the top-spec SX variant’s 17-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels. He states that each wheel costs Rs 12,500. So, to match the existing interior, they have added dual-tone airbags and friendly perforated leather seat covers. He adds that these leather seat covers are finished in ice pearl and dark grey color with copper piping.
Next up, he shows the newly added 10.33-inch touchscreen infotainment system from Blaupunkt. He mentions that they have also added high-gloss black trims behind the screen as well. The presenter states that this aftermarket Android infotainment system offers wireless Apple Carplay and Android Auto. Additionally, they have also added a 360-degree camera as well.
Apart from this, he shows the newly added window control trim for windows and exterior rear-view mirrors. He mentions that they have not cut the trim and added new wiring.
