Living Vogue Real Estate, an independent luxury brokerage, has joined eXp Realty’s luxury division in Sarasota, Florida, the brokerage announced Tuesday.
Led by Mark Coppens and Matt Hickey, Living Vogue’s 50-agent team has racked up $150 million in sales over the past year.
Now, they’re bringing that approach to eXp Realty while continuing to serve high-net-worth clients.

“We’ve always had a luxury aesthetic, but we handle everything from multimillion-dollar estates to entry-level homes,” Coppens, chairman and founder of Living Vogue Real Estate, said in a statement. “EXp Luxury provides us with even more tools to elevate our marketing and client experience.”
Coppens and Hickey said one of the biggest draws of eXp is the ability to focus on growing their luxury brand instead of getting bogged down in back-end operations.
“We built something special, but the behind-the-scenes work of running a brokerage became overwhelming,” Coppens, chairman and founder of Living Vogue. “With eXp Realty, we get to keep our unique brand and culture while offloading the operational burden. It’s the best of both worlds.”
For eXp Realty, adding Living Vogue to its luxury division is another indication that top independent brokerages are looking for more growth without sacrificing their brand identity.
